Research & Knowledge Generation
IMPACTA designs rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies that inform policy, program design and strategic decision‑making in fragile and post‑conflict settings. We conduct baseline, midline and endline studies, needs assessments, gender analyses, policy research, impact studies, learning reviews and data analysis. Our research combines strong methodology with deep contextual insight so that findings are practical, ethical and directly usable by partners.
CSO Capacity Strengthening
We work with Women's RIghts Organizationa, Youth-led Organizations, civil society organizations, networks and community‑based groups to strengthen their internal systems and leadership. Our support includes institutional capacity assessments, strategic planning, governance and leadership frameworks, development of financial and administrative systems tools, and policy and procedure manuals. We also offer tailored coaching to boards and management teams to improve accountability, donor‑readiness and long‑term sustainability.
Gender Transformative Programming
IMPACTA supports organizations to move beyond ‘gender sensitive’ to truly gender‑transformative practice. We conduct gender audits, design gender mainstreaming strategies, and develop safeguarding and protection frameworks. We help partners integrate GBV prevention and response into their work and build women’s leadership models that promote equitable participation, shift harmful norms and strengthen the voice and agency of women and girls.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
IMPACTA develops results‑based management and learning systems that help partners understand what is working and why. Our MEL support covers development of Theories of Change, logframes, indicators and tracking tools, monitoring plans, and midterm and final evaluations. We also facilitate learning reviews and reflection processes so that evidence feeds back into program adaptation, accountability and strategic decision‑making.
Curriculum & Training Development
IMPACTA designs structured, participatory and context‑relevant training and learning tools. We develop training manuals and facilitator guides, leadership and governance curricula, awareness and advocacy toolkits, and capacity‑building modules for civil society organizations and community groups. All materials are grounded in local realities and built for practical use by trainers and practitioners.
